Clara Rasmussen
November 1, 1917 - October 20, 2002
Clara was a charter member of Faith Bible Church and turned the first shovel of dirt at the ground breaking for the building where Bethany worships today. Faith Bible Church merged with Bethany in 1992.

Another Huge Success
Bethany's alternative to traditional Halloween activities was once again well received by our community. No estimate is available at this time for the number in attendance, but the crowd was as large as or larger than last year's 2200+ people. There were game booths, prizes and plenty of candy. The message of salvation was presented to 299 children and adults in our "Noah's Ark."

2002 Missions Conference
Don Rogers - Founder of Empowering Lives International

Sept 29 AM. Don Rogers, founder of Empowering Lives International (ELI), challenged us in the morning services from Luke 9:57-62 with the theme: No Home, No Excuses, No Hesitation. He reminded us that this world is not our home, so we should be travelling lightly here — following Christ where he leads without excuses or hesitation.

Sept 29 PM. Twelve Bethany-sponsored missionaries participated in a panel discussion led by Joe Rogers and answered questions from the congregation.
